*To begin knitting or crocheting classes with me a credit card is required.  Your credit card will only be charged if you are a no show and do not call, email, or text a cancellation notice within 24-48 hours. 

Your purchase of our skilled handwork or enrolling in one of our classes is subject to the following terms and conditions listed below: 

PLEASE read them in their entirety to make sure that your purchase or enrollment is hassle-free.

1.   A 50% advanced deposit for the total cost of the yarn and pattern is required before we begin to work on your customized handcrafted knit or crocheted item.

2.  The 50% deposit includes research for a pattern suitable for the item that you have in mind and the total cost of the yarn needed to complete your custom-made item. We also charge a nominal fee to begin work. All costs will be discussed before any work begins under mutually agreeable terms. An estimate for your finished item will be provided before work begins. Please note the estimate is a price range which could be higher or lower based on the work and intricacies of the pattern. Please keep in mind the final cost is based on the actual skill, time, and difficulty in making your item. We are NOT doing this to make a HUGE profit like most other online vendors or companies.

3.  Please note all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

4.  Before pick-up or delivery of any item to your shipping address, you MUST pay for your items in full.

5.  I will do ONLY ONE free revision or adjustment to your purchase. The first modification or adjustment will be provided at my own personal expense. ANY additional modifications or adjustments needed will be at your own expense. Prices for adjustments are based on the price quoted and provided to you in advance of any change. The cost of any change will be added to the final cost of your item or paid at the time of the change.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

6.  PayPal, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash app and cash itself are the ONLY means for payment. Personal bank checks will NOT BE ACCEPTED! Absolutely no exceptions. Certified bank checks are acceptable.
